JOB DESCRIPTION The Real Estate Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and marketing support to a successful and growing real estate office which includes coordinating complex transactions and prioritizing projects to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
This role also functions as a liaison between clients, lenders, salespeople, service providers, title companies, and others.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare correspondence, schedules showings/closings/inspections etc Prepare and distribute marketing materials both online and in print Maintain agent's client database Research and input data into the Multiple Listing Service Prepare various contractual documents not limited to:
Offers to purchase, Repair requests, Buyer/Seller contracts etc.
Obtain client information and maintain multiple databases Take documentation of properties before and after repairs.
Handle advertising of the property online and in print media.
Carry out clerical tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
Candidate should be dedicated to customer service, extremely organized, and attentive to detail Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/General Education Development (GED) required.
Previous experience in the RE industry preferred; licensed, licensed in another state, previously licensed or becoming licensed.
Accounting, Administrative, Customer service and Marketing experience are a plus.
