Arosa
The RN Care Manager, as part of a care team, will be responsible for the planning and coordination of all services provided to clients and will serve as the clinical expert to all the staff members assigned to their caseload.
The RN Supervisor will:
Provide oversight to all in-home caregiversPerform routine in-home supervisory visits per NC State RegulationsMentor and guide caregivers within their assigned regionProvide education to caregivers, staff, clients, and other parties as needed, on clinical issues ranging from disease process to how to appropriately perform hands-on tasksIn-Home NursingThe second part of this hybrid position requires the RN Supervisor to be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands-on nursing tasks.
Tasks may include:
Wound CareMedication administrationMedication Box Set up and refill visitsPIV/PICC dressing changesCatheterizationsBlood drawsOther Duties (include but not limited to)Community Outreach/SupportCare Management ServicesIntake Assessments and ConsultationsPerformance ManagementKnowledge and Skill Requirements:
Educational Requirement:
Registered NurseAbility to interface effectively and professionally with client committees, including family, physicians, attorneys, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to work in a team environment PC literacy required.
Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance required.
